(1) Solicitud
Ampliamente utilizado en plantas de energía, acerías, productos químicos, caucho y campos de revestimiento, es el material resistente al desgaste de superficie ideal para equipos de transferencia de materiales en minería, siderurgia, plantas térmicas y de polvo, minas, etc. También se utiliza en cerámica, El esmalte, la pintura, el silicato de zirconia, el óxido de alúmina, el cuarzo, el carburo de silicio, el carbonato de cal y los accesorios de equipos mecánicos pueden extender la vida útil de manera efectiva.
En teoría, la vida útil de la cerámica de alúmina es unas 260 veces mayor que la del acero al manganeso y 170 veces mayor que la del acero al cromo.
