QMX Pulley lagging изготавливается путем вулканизации сотен отдельных керамических плиток в прочные резиновые пластины, каждая применяемая керамическая плитка имеет выступающие вдавления для повышения сопротивления к истиранию. В целом, при давлении на переносчик, тысячи выступающих точек в керамической плитке из алюминия могут обеспечить положительную сцепление для предотвращения скольжения, что продлевает срок службы приводного ролика в десять раз по сравнению с исходным барабаном. В то же время каждый керамический лист имеет расположенные на определенном расстоянии желобки, что позволяет стороннему материалу, такому как пыль и грязь на барабане, выделяться вдоль желобка, что делает барабан с уникальной функцией самоочистки, особенно подходящим для влажных рабочих условий.
