Cubos de alúmina
El Cubo Cerámico es un revestimiento de abrasión de alto rendimiento y resistente a impacto para alto impacto, aplicación de alta presión donde la baldosa de cerámica no tenga suficiente resistencia estructural y el caucho de alto rendimiento no ofrezca la resistencia al desgaste requerida. En aplicaciones extremas, el revestimiento de Cubo se puede instalar en una matriz o placa de acero resistente a la abrasión para ofrecer apoyo estructural a la matriz de cerámica/caucho y ofrecer una excelente resistencia al desgaste a diferencia de otros productos.
Al usarse en la industria pesada durante años como una solución económica y resistente al desgaste, este material liviano ofrece gran durabilidad, fortaleza y una excelente resistencia a la abrasión y corrosión. Los compuestos de alúmina resistentes al desgaste incluyen:
Alúmina 92: el producto de desgaste más común con gran resistencia al desgaste
Alúmina 95: mayor resistencia al desgaste
Alúmina 96: alúmina premium para una mejor resistencia al desgaste
Alúmina de circonio endurecida (ZTA): mayor fortaleza y resistencia contra impacto
